Anime opinions
Jun. 18th, 2019 07:40 am-Moe isn't bad but if the only selling point for you show is that, then the anime is probably going to be boring as hell. Same thing with all those ecchi show where the girls all have generic personality.
-People who acts like fanservice is rescent and their old shows were so not 'problematic' should be forced to read Go Nagai mangas.
-Americans who acts like anime is the only medium with fanservice (or 'anime bullshit' like they call it on animefeminst) are going to have an heart attack the moment they discovers franco-belgian comics.
-If you want put fanservice in yout story, I think that better doing it at the beginning on people would know if they want continue the story or not. When a story becoming to have lot of fanservice later on, for me that like the author still try to be revelant and the only thing they can think of is putting pretty girls with big breats (hi One Piece!).
-All decades of anime have shitty show that just follow the same cliches over and over. You just don't know because those show are forget and most likely never get out of Japan while now almost every anime is subbed and vailable on the internet.
-Anime is like every mediums so this is going to have stuff you don't like. Anime isn't a mistake or if that so then every medias is a mistake.
-I miss old school shoujo like Candy Candy and kid show like Heidi.
-The best anime director is Osamu Dezaki even if I don't like the stuff he did from the middle 90s to his death.
-Miyazaki last good movie is Spirited Away.
-Isao Takahata best movie is Pom Poko.
